Santa Ileana Coffee Estate is comprised of three farms: Santa Ileana, Pacamaral, and El Amate, which produce premium coffee that is highly renowned and loved.
In all three farms, coffee beans are meticulously handpicked, ensuring the best beans go into making the best cup of coffee, just for you.

Pacamaral Farm
Pacamaral Farm is located within the Santa Ileana Coffee Estate, west of the small town of Pueblo Nuevo Viñas, in the Santa Rosa department, 35 miles (56 km) to the south east of Guatemala City. From Pueblo Nuevo Viñas, the farm is reached by a steep 2.6 miles (4.2 km) dirt road which climbs from 3,600 ft (1,200 m) to 6,000 ft (1,830 m). Most of the coffee planted is of the Pacamara variety, with a smaller portion of Catuai trees.
Coffee is grown under several native tree species, such as: Cedrela Odorata (Spanish Cedar), Pinus Ssp (Pine), Cupressus (Cypress), Quercus Ssp (Oak), & Inga Jinicuil (Ice Cream Bean).

Our Pacamaral coffee was ranked 12th among hundreds of farms in the 2014 Anacafé Coffee Auction.

Santa Ileana Farm
Santa Ileana Farm is also located within the Estate, in Pueblo Nuevo Viñas. From Pueblo Nuevo Viñas, the farm is reached by a steep 2.6 miles (4.2 km) dirt road which climbs from 3,600 ft (1,200 m) to 4,800 ft (1,600 m). There are many paths around the farm, which enable us to walk or ride in an all terrain vehicle all over the plantation. The coffee planted here is of the Catuai, Caturra, Catimor, Bourbon, and Pacamara varieties.
Coffee is grown under several native tree species, such as: Inga Jinicuil (Ice Cream Bean), Diphysa Robinioides (Guachipilín), Cupressus Lusitanica (Cypress), Persea Guatemalensis (Avocado), Ficus Costaricana (Amate), Pinus Ssp (Pine) & Quercus Ssp (Oak).
